1.) How do I cancel/modify my order?
In the event you wish to cancel/modify your order, please contact us within 12 hour upon confirmation of order at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be advised that you will not be able to cancel/modify your order after 12 hours.
2.) How do I track my order?
You can just click on the Track My Order link at the bottom of our page and then enter your tracking number in the available first.
3.) When will I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be available in 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. If you've not received your tracking number within this timeframe and/or the tracking status is "not available", we'd kindly ask that you send us an email at help@Jheeez.com
4.) Where can I get my tracking number?

5.) I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery. Please refer to the delivery time within United States and Internationally as mentioned in section below.
6.) How long does delivery take?
The processing time for orders is up to 3-5 days. Once shipment is dispatched, estimated delivery is

Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that cause some delays.
7.) How do I exchange my order
We will only offer a replacement if the item(s) are defective or damaged. However if you're not 100% happy with your purchase, please follow the returns procedure below.
8.) How do I return my order
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to accept your return after 14 days from delivery. Simply send a return request to email@example.com and we will respond with instructions.
Please note any costs incurred when returning your purchase are to be paid by the customer. A tracked service or shipping insurance is highly recommmned. Jheeez.com will not accept liablily for lost goods or any costs incurred during the return process.
9.) When will I recieve my refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment with 3 - 5 business days.
Please note that all out items are intimate and must be unworn with no evidence that the hygiene sticker has been removed to be eligable for a refund.
